7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Chullbuli does not accept returns simply because of a change of mind or personal preference.
Eligible exchange requests may be raised within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
For damaged or incorrect products, customers must provide the required evidence, including a continuous unboxing video where specified in our policy.
